AT&T releases the HTC Vivid, one of the first AT&T 4G LTE-capable Android smartphone. Powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, the Vivid 4G comes with 1GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage. It comes with a 4.5-inch large qHD 540×960 touchscreen, a 8 Megapixel camera with auto focus, dual LED flash, f/2.2, 28mm lens; a 1.3 Megapixel front-facing camera for video chat.
The Vivid, with its 8 Megapixel camera, is capable of 1080p Full HD video recording at 60fps, slow motion playback, and comes with on-device trimmer to optimize social media uploads and memory space. The phone runs Android 2.3.4 with HTC Sense user interface. It supports Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, DLNA, and provides HDMI output.
